couples therapy

Couples therapy provides a structured and confidential space for partners to address relationship difficulties and strengthen their connection. Our clinicians work with couples to explore patterns of interaction, improve communication, and address challenges affecting the relationship.


Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are guided by evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), adapted for relationship work. Therapy is collaborative and goal-focused, supporting couples in developing healthier ways of relating and managing conflict.

Couples therapy can be helpful whether you are experiencing ongoing difficulties or seeking to improve understanding and connection within your relationship.
