Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are structured to help you better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that may be contributing to distress. We primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and may integrate additional evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate, including trauma informed therapy, ACT therapy.
